Characteristics: un-like any other cauliflower on the market; unique purple head, gets its iridescent color from anthocyanin, one of the leading antioxidants in the battle against cancer; combination of color and nutritional values offer a product that is truly different, this medium-early cultivar features a large frame with good curd protection; suitable for fresh market and processing.
