Flower photoAs of September 5, on-line registration is no longer available. Registrations will be taken on site at the Grove Park Inn beginning on Sunday, September 17 at 12:00 noon. As a reminder, for those who register on site, space on the field trip may not be available.

What does the Registration Fee Include?
The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, will allow each registrant to receive one copy of the proceedings, conference materials, a canvas briefcase, and full participation in the Tuesday Field Trip including visits to the Mountain Horticultural Crops Research Station, the North Carolina Arboretum, and the Western North Carolina Farmers Market by way of the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway. Continental breakfast is included Monday-Thursday and lunch is included Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A Sunday Evening Welcome Reception featuring deluxe hors d’oeuvres, an authentic Appalachian Style Dinner Buffet with entertainment on Wednesday evening, and morning/afternoon refreshment breaks each day is also included. The student/guest registration fee includes full attendance at all conference and meal functions. Guests will NOT receive a copy of the proceedings or the canvas briefcase. Guests are welcome to participate in the field trip for an additional fee.

To qualify for the reduced early registration fee, payment must accompany your registration and be postmarked on or before the early registration deadline of July 1, 2006.

Three Easy Ways to Register

  1. Register Online: Participants may register online using a credit card.
  2. By Fax: If you are paying by credit card, print and complete the conference registration form (PDF format).
  3. By Mail: Complete the printable conference registration form and return it along with payment following the instructions provided.  International participants are encouraged to register online or by FAX to avoid mail delays.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive an email notice, with an attached copy of your receipt acknowledging your registration submission within 72 hours of the time it is received and processed.
